Cowboys’ Jerry Jones Makes Big Taylor Swift Announcement on Album Day
The Dallas Cowboys always bring fireworks to Thanksgiving Day, and this year’s matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs is shaping up to be no different. The game, set for November 27 at AT&T Stadium, promises intense football action but also carries a surprise twist courtesy of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
If pop superstar Taylor Swift decides to attend, Jones has something special planned for her. A seat made just for her. The anticipation is already building, and the stakes for this game are higher than ever.
When asked on 105.3 The Fan about Swift potentially showing up for the game, Jerry Jones responded like a Swiftie. “We would have an elaborate seat for her if she should attend the game,” he said flat out. “There’s nobody a bigger fan of Taylor Swift than I am.”
That’s a statement from a man who knows the business of football and entertainment better than most. Jones also made it clear just how much he appreciates the energy Swift brings to the NFL stage. “I can’t get enough Taylor Swift,” he added.
And this isn’t just about star power for Jones. He remembers well how Swift’s attendance at past games has brought attraction.

During the Bears vs. Chiefs game in 2023, Swift’s appearance changed the whole atmosphere. The Fox broadcast hit 24.3 million viewers, making it that week’s most watched telecast despite the lopsided 41-10 score.
“It is hard to move that needle dramatically on a great feeling, a great attraction in the NFL,” Jones said back then. “She blew it off the charts. It is amazing. It makes you smile. But it just shows the depth of her following, especially with her core constituency.”
Jones has always been about bringing more eyes and more fans into the NFL fold, especially younger viewers. “We all, I think, felt the same way when she’s sitting up there with [Travis Kelce’s] mom and she’s going nuts when he’s playing and those hearts are popping out everywhere. How do you not get that? That’s called images right there,” Jones added.
If Swift takes that seat Jerry Jones is reserving for her, it will be an event that grabs the attention of millions like never before. And this crossover couldn’t come at a better time, especially with Swift’s latest album making waves across the world.
Taylor Swift’s new album
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift’s world is buzzing on a different frequency. Her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” hits streaming platforms with a bang, reigniting a Swift Era that feels both nostalgic and fresh. Released on October 3, 2025, the album instantly made waves, even crashing Spotify due to overwhelming demand.
Swift described the new album as: “I can’t tell you how proud I am to share this with you, an album that just feels so right,” she said. “If you thought the big show was wild, perhaps you should come and take a look behind the curtain…”
The 12-track set reunites Swift with long-time hitmakers Max Martin and Shellback, sparking comparisons to her pop milestones like “1989” and “Reputation.” The album’s vibrant colors, orange and mint green, are already a big part of the era’s aesthetic. A visual hook that Swifties have embraced with gusto.
The key standout tracks are “Eldest Daughter” and “Wood.” The two have already grabbed social media attention, while “Actually Romantic” stirred playful drama. The title track “Showgirl” features Sabrina Carpenter and has earned early praise from critics and fans alike.
Even Swift’s fiancé, Travis Kelce, called “CANCELED!” a “banger” and revealed “Opalite” as his personal favorite. The album also hints at the couple’s romance, with lyrics fans think are direct nods to Kelce.
So, this Thanksgiving in Dallas is going to be massive (even that’s an understatement) if Swift shows up. Jerry Jones is ready to roll out the red carpet for her, making sure it’s an unforgettable night for football and pop culture fans alike.
